5 free handmade polish
All ingredients used are 5 free, cruelty free, vegan friendly and meet EU standards.
For best results, give your bottle a shake or roll before using as settling could occur overtime or when in postage. Each bottle has 2 stainless steel ball in to help with mixing.
As I make all polishes in small batches at home there may be very slight differences in shades but I do try to keep them all similar!
Due to variations in screens and different devices used to view photos there may be a slight colour difference from the photo compared to the actual bottle of polish, please keep this in mind when ordering.
Polishes may thicken over time if not used, please use a small amount of polish thinner to bring it back to it's original form. Please do not use polish remover as this can be detrimental to the lifespan of your polishes.
(Normal polish lifespan in 36 months, however thermals can be less because of the pigment used, it will loose its thermal effect over time, normally 12 months)
Keep all polishes in a cold and dry space. (no direct sunlight as this can be detrimental to the lifespan)
Make sure to always close the bottle tightly, this is to ensure no air gets into the bottle, as this can make it thicker overtime.
1. Where do you get your supplies from?
We use a very reputable supplier from the UK. Follow the link to find out more.
2. What should I do if I want to ask a question regarding your polishes?
Orders are sent out via royal mail 1st/2nd class depending on the size of your order. Orders that include more than 4 polishes will be sent out in separate parcels (these will be numbered to indicate how many parcels you can expect to receive) or courier. For example:
1-4 polishes = 1 parcel
5-8 polishes = 2 parcels
9-12 polishes = 3 parcels
Our standard turnover time is 2-3 business days. Please keep in mind orders made over the weekend may take longer and will be processed the next working day.
Orders are sent out Monday-Friday, please keep in mind if you order on a Friday your order will be processed the following Monday.
We can also send via courier, please let me know via email, phone or contact form after ordering if this is the route you would like to go down.
If your polish(s) arrives broken or in anyway damaged please contact me via email or contact form with a photo attached and I will send out replacements ASAP where applicable.
I am required to give a cancellation period of 14 days, this is after you receive your polishes.
This is so that you can inspect them and see if you would like them.
However this is only effective if you send a cancellation request before the 14 day period after receiving your polishes.
If I do not get back to you before the 14 day period, no need to worry. It will still be valid as long as it's 14 days or less after receiving your polishes.
Please contact me via email, the form on my website (click contact at the top of the page!) or even by letter (my business/home address is at the bottom of the page) if you would like to return them to me & require a full refund.
I will send you an email/form of confirmation of the cancellation request, this is so I have a record if there was ever an issue.
However, please keep in mind that if this is something you are wanting to do, you will be responsible for the return postage.
For the time being I only accept Paypal as this is very quick and safe for the both of us, with Paypal you as a buyer automatically get "Buyer protection" - this means I as the seller will send your polish within 7 days of you ordering. You can also open a papal claim.
